We understand that a lot goes into organising a bridal party or special gathering. There are many moving parts and details may be hard to confirm.

We tailor our sessions to fit in with your plans.

Just ask us if the day is free – we’ll pencil it in.

Confirm the date, time and approximate numbers

Five to ten, ten to twenty? We secure your booking with a deposit to lock in the date and a time. Final numbers may vary – we understand.

Confirm numbers and details

We ask for names of guests so we can personalise bottles and lay out seating. If there is an important person (such as the bride) please let us know. With a bridal party or special event you may have other requests. We like to accommodate them whenever we can to make the day fun and special.

Payment, before or on the day

For some it is nicer to enjoy the day knowing it is all paid for in advance while the guests enjoy.
